What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience as an F&I Manager (or similar experience) in an Automotive Dealership

• CDK/Reynolds Experience Preferred

• Strong Closing, Menu Selling, and Compliance Skills

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Abilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Structuring deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction

• Presenting and selling finance products, warranties, and protection plans

• Securing approvals through a wide range of lenders

• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Accurately completing all finance and lease paperwork

• Supporting and training sales staff on finance products and compliance
