Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or parts consultancy is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships within the team.
Customer Service: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Experience working in an automotive parts-related field.
Experience using an electronic parts catalog (EPC).
Experience with GM brands and CDK management system are strong pluses.
Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory to ensure the availability of parts.
Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and orders. You know that our Technicians are also your customers and you strive to get them the right parts quickly. You understand the absolute necessity of our Technicians repairing vehicles and not waiting on parts.
Order Processing: Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of parts.
Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers to manage stock levels and order parts as needed.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing information on parts and availability.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of parts transactions and inventory movements.
Problem-Solving: Address issues related to parts shortages or delays efficiently and effectively.
Automotive Parts Knowledge: You know your way around an automobile and have experience using an electronic parts catalog. You understand parts department processes and how parts orders are filled.
