Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance customer service or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer interaction.

Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively resolve client concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Assist policyholders with their insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.
