Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

  • An Active Property & Casualty License is Required.
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A team player who is able to build rapport and has professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
  • Use your savvy skills to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
  • With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in cross-selling and rounding out accounts, taking payments, and shopping renewals.
  • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to assist with policy changes.
