What makes a successful Farmers Sales Representative/Sales Manager?

  • A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
  • Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed
  • Must be tenacious and possess a “Hunter Mentality”
  • Must be solution-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachability is essential. There are always opportunities to improve.
Responsibilities
  • Offer a diverse array of products, addressing Personal Lines, Commercial Business, and Financial Services.
  • Access extensive training, mentoring, and sales support from our dedicated District Office and University of Farmers.
  • Be rewarded with a highly competitive commission, renewal, and bonus structure, paving the way for financial prosperity.
