**General Lines P&C Insurance Licence is required and you must currently reside in the state of Texas to be considered for our Remote Sales Position.**

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Do I need a P&C license to be considered for this remote position?

A General Lines P&C license is required to be considered for this remote position. Please only apply if you already have a P&C license.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent:



• General Lines Property & Casualty license is required 
• Insurance sales experience is required
• Must reside in the state of Texas
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:



• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicating with our hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
