Virgil Smith Insurance and McCorkle Insurance are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, licensed professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with clients. Able to maintain and retain a large book of business while seeking cross selling opportunities.

Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty License
Minimum 4 years of personal lines insurance experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience with agency management systems is a plus
Responsibilities
Manage a book of personal lines insurance accounts
Assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, and renewals
Provide insurance quotes and coverage recommendations
Communicate with clients and carriers via phone and email
Process policy changes and documentation accurately
Help identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers
