Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and/or Life & Health insurance license
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve collective goals.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios
  • Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the most up-to-date coverage.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
