Aissa Triassi's Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in Fontana, CA, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. Not only will you learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, you will also have the opportunity to career path into into the role of a Customer Service Account Manager or  Agency Producer; and for entrepreneurial-minded individuals, a long-term career path leading towards business ownership.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Communicating with our hot leads
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are preferred but will support motivated individuals in attaining licenses.
