Licensing: Valid insurance license in the state of Ohio is required, before start or after initial training period.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value motivation and a desire to learn.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support remote work and sales processes.
Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting insurance products and services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
