Licensure: Must possess a valid South Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.

Provide exceptional customer service to foster a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty. Provide an extensive suite of products to prospects and customers to include auto, home, boat, motorcycle, ATV, RV, earthquake, and other property & casualty insurance products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized advice. Effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with their inquiries and policy modifications. Design insurance policies and make coverage recommendations that meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive protection. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client portfolio growth and retention.
