Victoria Ares Agency is seeking a dedicated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team in Irmo, South Carolina. Requirements

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with prospects.


Telemarketing Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or a customer-facing role is a plus.


Persistence: A resilient and motivated mindset to overcome objections and achieve sales targets.


Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone.


Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain thorough records.


Availability: Willingness to work in-office in Irmo, South Carolina, during regular business hours.


Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through telemarketing efforts, introducing them to our insurance products and services.


Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance offerings to effectively communicate benefits to prospects and address their inquiries.


Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, nurturing relationships to convert them into satisfied clients.


Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our agents to meet with interested clients, facilitating the sales process.


Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, details of conversations, and follow-up actions.
