In this role, you'll be the face of the brand—connecting with clients, building relationships, promoting our services online and in the community, and helping families get the coverage they need.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

• A confident communicator who loves helping people
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable with social media and community outreach
• Sales or marketing experience is a big plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Insurance license (or willingness to get licensed—we can help!)

• Sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products to new and existing clients
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Service current customers by answering questions, processing changes, and providing ongoing support
• Assist new customers through the quoting and onboarding process
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, social media, and in person
• Promote insurance solutions through creative marketing strategies
• Help develop and run local marketing campaigns and events
• Build strong relationships with clients and earn referrals
• Support brand visibility through outreach and community involvement
