Requirements
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Life license preferred (licensing assistance available)
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Prior Sales Experience required
• Must be highly self-motivated

• Problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
• Actively prospect for new clients to grow our agency's reach and impact.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Handle customer renewals.
