Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record in leadership and team management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive performance and cultivate a culture of excellence.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Active insurance license.
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
