Option 1: 2 Days Home, 3 Days In Office
Option 2: Hit Weekly Targets Work 38/Paid 40 hours + Plus One day at home/week.
Option 3: Call Night once/week. Leave 3pm Once week.

Job Summary
The licensed sales agent position is focused on driving new insurance sales for the agency. Primary duties include actively pursuing live leads via text and calls, fielding inbound calls from prospects, gathering all information, providing insurance policy quotations, following up on completed quotes, quoting multiple lines of insurance (home, auto, motorcycle, etc), explaining quotes and answering all applicable questions, adhering to our guidelines and established sales processes, maintaining a super positive attitude, and generally being awesome.
Compensation:
Compensation is designed to be 50% or more commission. Commission is earned by selling personal lines insurance policies, such as home and auto insurance.
There is no cap on commission.
Competent and driven sales agents will have no problem achieving the target compensation range of $50,000 to $90,000 per year.
***Work Location: On site, then receive option to work from home once trained.
