Main Responsibilities:
-Answer Incoming Calls 
-       Take Payments
-       Make Changes to Existing Policies
-       Transfer to Appropriate Claims Area
-Make Outgoing Calls
- Follow Up on Documents that need to be signed
- Confirm Changes are processed/give feedback on how it affects customer billing
-Ensure Customers are given proper service and advice
-Follow Up with customers after policies are issued or at renewal
