Insurance License: Must have an active insurance license in the state of Florida.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is desirable.
Client Relationship Management: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients insurance requirements in order to recommend appropriate coverage options as well as build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to build rapport with clients as well as effectively interact with office staff to achieve a common goal.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, set goals and effectively manage time and resources to achieve targets.
