Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- An Active Arizona Property and Casualty License is Required.
- 3+ years in the insurance industry with a preferred background in management.
- Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide reliable, clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a dependable and positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Conducting follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
- Proactively reach out to clients requesting cancellation to understand concerns, resolve issues, and retain business.
- Address customer complaints and cancellations with professionalism and resolution-focused communication.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance client policies and meet evolving coverage needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to help improve retention strategies.
