Valley Insurance Professionals is seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office in Phoenix, Arizona. Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per year

Requirements

An Active Arizona Property & Casualty License is required.

Must be able to come into the office and work 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.

Insurance Customer Service Experience: 1 year of prior insurance experience in customer service.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and databases proficiently.

Positive Attitude: A positive and inviting demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Proactively reach out to clients nearing policy renewal to ensure timely updates and reviews.

Address and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
