A well established and growing independent insurance agency serving the insurance needs of businesses, families and individuals in Connecticut is seeking a candidate to join our team of professionals. 

In this role, you will provide support to Senior Account Managers and Account Managers on both the Commercial & Personal Lines team. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual who has a strong work ethic, who is energetic and self-motivated, and who has the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in the insurance industry that can provide the opportunity for future growth.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

EDUCATION/SKILLS

• Must be well organized with excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.      
• Must be a team player.
• Must come with a positive attitude. 
• High School Diploma
• College Degree – A plus
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills
• CT Property/Casualty Agents License – A plus but not required

EXPERIENCE



1-3 years experience preferred of working in a technology focused, customer service role, preferrably in an insurance, banking, wealth management, real estate, or rental car company setting.

• Billing
