Job Overview
Do you enjoy meeting new people? Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a sales position. You will be required to pass state licensing exams, learn Allstate insurance products and then teach clients and prospects about the value of insurance. This position offers 18.00 per hour + Outstanding commission opportunities + Quarterly Bonuses+ Promos. A good advisor makes more in commission than they do in hourly wages. Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
- MUST HAVE ALLSTATE EXPERIENCE TO WORK FULLY REMOTE
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a fantastic presenter.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Be a self-starter and problem solver
- Comfortable with independence
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer as
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
