We are seeking an Insurance Group Benefits Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will develop and manage new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and deliver consultative insurance solutions to diverse clients.

  • First-year earnings estimate: $35,000 to $55,000

Requirements
  • Must be willing to obtain insurance license within 90 days of starting (or already licensed)
  • 1+ year(s) of insurance experience
  • Proven ability in sales techniques including prospecting, closing, and cross-selling
  • Strong risk assessment and client-needs analysis skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service and time management abilities
  • Technically proficient with digital tools and marketing platforms
Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients through lead generation campaigns, cold calls, internal referrals, and networking
  • Conduct virtual or in-person appointments to present proposals and close new business
  • Represent Unity Insurance at sponsored meetings and events
  • Perform consultative insurance reviews and secure broker of record letters
  • Submit activity reports and participate in regular sales meetings
  • Partner with the service team to ensure high-quality client support and account retention
