We’re hiring a Field Marketing Representative to join our growing team and connect directly with homeowners across the Midwest. Requirements
- Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow
- Able to track leads, manage time, and follow up reliably
- Comfortable with rejection and physically able to work outdoors
- Comfortable climbing a roof
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be licensed
Responsibilities
- Canvas local neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Educate potential clients on our services and set qualified appointments
- Attend ongoing sales training and team meetings
- Climb residential roofs as needed for inspections and estimates
- Represent Under My Roof with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
