Proven leadership or management experience (insurance industry experience preferred but not required).

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development and marketing skills.

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a commitment to client service.

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Antonio area.

Licensing: Must possess or be able to obtain both a Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow your insurance agency.

Recruit, train, and lead a team of licensed producers and support staff.

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and Farmers Insurance standards.
