Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business ownership
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of hitting goals
- Comfortable in a performance-based, fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
Licensing
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (or willingness to obtain)
- Licensing support and cost covered for qualified candidates
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Background in sales, customer service, or business
- Interest in financial services or entrepreneurship
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Guide clients to the right coverage to protect what matters most
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Present and close insurance solutions in a performance-driven environment
- Deliver a high level of service and act as a trusted resource for clients
- Support policy reviews, renewals, and basic claims guidance
- Stay organized and keep accurate records of client and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development
- Stay sharp on products, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive agency growth
