Job Overview
This is a 12-18 month Program with Farmers Insurance. You will be working with the Farmers Insurance Tyler Johnson agency during these 12-18 months. You will need to write $100,000 in New business within 12 months to complete the program. Once the Program is complete, you can open your own agency with Farmers Insurance.
Tyler Johnson has been with Farmers Insurance for 3 years and has earned the Topper Club Achievement in 2022, 2023 and on track for 2024. This Award is awarded to the top 10% of agencies Company wide.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Property & Casualty License is preferred but will train
- Life & Health License is preferred but will train
- Drive to be successful
Responsibilities
- Acquire 20 new households every month
- Acquire 20 online reviews or referrals every month
- Sell 2 Life Insurance Policies each month
- Respond to all client inquiries within one business day
