Tyler Johnson has been with Farmers Insurance for 3 years and is in the top 10% of Farmers Agencies in the country!

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Sales Experience or client-facing background is not a must but is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Trustworthy, dependable and have ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Communication Skills: Written and verbal

  • Craft Comprehensive Insurance Quotes: Create tailored insurance quotes that resonate with potential clients' needs, showcasing the value and coverage our services provide.


  • Deliver Persuasive Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique advantages of our offerings, effectively addressing client concerns and objections.


  • Seal Deals with Confidence: Skillfully guide the sales process to successful closures, utilizing a strategic approach that instills confidence and trust in our services.


  • Engage Proactively with Warm Leads: Initiate proactive and meaningful conversations with leads who have expressed interest, nurturing their enthusiasm and guiding them toward a purchasing decision.


  • Forge Strong Client Connections: Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded throughout their journey with us.


  • Execute Thoughtful Follow-Ups: Continuously reach out to clients to maintain an open line of communication, addressing any queries, concerns, or new opportunities that may arise.


  • Uncover Prospect Insights: Probe to uncover prospects' unique needs and preferences, enabling us to tailor our offerings and position ourselves as the optimal solution.
