You will gain real experience in client relationships, sales, retention, and agency operations while receiving the support and mentorship needed to succeed.
We believe in investing in the right people. If you are not currently licensed, we will cover the cost of your Property and Casualty licensing course and education, and provide step by step training throughout the process. If you are already licensed, that is strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
