Job Requirements:
Property & Casualty License (40 hours) and Life & Health License (40 hours).
Previous insurance experience (e.g., Farmers, AllState, Aflac, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service experience is essential.
Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to identify their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products to existing clients when appropriate.
Actively solicit and sell new business policies.
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, requests, concerns, and actions taken.
Assist in the annual review process by contacting clients and providing tailored coverage recommendations based on their needs.
Ensure that policies sold and managed align with underwriting standards and the Underwriting Quality Index (UQI).
Understand the claims process and serve as a liaison between clients, claims adjusters, and claimants
