Job Overview:

As an Insurance Marketer you will be responsible for visiting residential and business properties in designated areas to promote our insurance products. You will serve as the face of our agency, scheduling appointments for follow-up consultations with our agents. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with people of all backgrounds and build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain persistent in achieving targets.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation to travel within designated areas.
  • Must be comfortable with door-to-door outreach and working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Market Insurance Products:

Visit residential neighborhoods and business districts to inform homeowners, renters, and business owners about the insurance products and services we offer.


Schedule Appointments:

Set up appointments for prospective clients with our agents to discuss their specific insurance needs and provide personalized consultations.


Track and Report Results:

Maintain a record of interactions, appointments scheduled, and feedback received to ensure accurate follow-up and reporting.


Promote the Agency's Brand:

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude, ensuring a positive customer experience.


Work Independently:

Operate independently with minimal supervision while following company guidelines and achieving daily or weekly performance targets.
