We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Protege Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Protege Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options all while being mentored by one of the top agents. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills interested in becoming an Agency Owner and excel in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Qualifications:

- Desire to be a Future Farmers Agency Owner

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively

- Knowledge of benefits administration, market trends, HIPAA regulations, and insurance products

- Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is a plus

- Valid insurance license

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs

- Assess client's current coverage and provide recommendations for additional or modified policies

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis

- Side-by-side work with your mentor and becoming self-sufficient in the process will build your confidence and skill level.
