As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Zinc Insurance, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquires, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to our transportation and commercial lines book of business.

Requirements
Valid state Property and Casualty License
Minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry
Prior commercial insurance experience
Organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead account manager, helping to oversee and manage a book of business
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and other communication channels
- Receive, submit (where applicable) and follow-up on claims
- Gathering full information for policy changes, document requests, cancellations, and driver approvals
- Communicating and following-up on customer information requests from carriers
- Researching and responding to billing questions (when applicable)
- Issuing and following-up on Agency Bill invoices and payments
- Work with clients to quote new business, facilitate strategic renewals and re-market renewal requests
- Issuing bonds, bookroll projects, creating and/or verifying customer contact information (including mobile, email, and social media)
