The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, taking inbound calls from customers and prospects, and assisting with customer service needs. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (licensing assistance available).
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
