Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: You should have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related sales/management role.


Proven Success: A history of successfully meeting and exceeding annual sales targets is essential.


Sales Expertise: You must be skilled in key sales activities, including qualifying leads and handling objections with confidence.


Work Authorization: All applicants must have valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Client Management: Proactively review and adjust client policies to ensure they always have the right coverage. You'll also build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to boost client satisfaction and retention.


Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our wide range of insurance products. Drive business growth by networking with community contacts, referral partners, and other key stakeholders.


Market Expertise: Stay current on competitor offerings and market trends to keep your sales strategies sharp and maintain a competitive edge.
