Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed to meet clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
