Salary Range: $74,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Networking: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

Motivation: A proactive approach, with an eagerness to tackle challenges and achieve targets.

Technical Skills: Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability: Must be able to work full-time from our Warr Acres, Oklahoma office.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through a variety of sales strategies and communication channels.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the insurance industry.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase company revenue and achieve business objectives.

Networking: Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand business opportunities.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and align sales activities with company goals.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports outlining sales activities, results, and recommendations for future strategies.
