Salary Range: $45,280.00 - $65,280.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in Independent insurance sales or a similar role is an asset.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: Dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting with a commitment to maintaining productivity.

Team Oriented: Ability to work well in a team environment, promoting positive relationships.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant communication tools.

SPANISH SPEAKERS are a PLUS!

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with current and prospective policyholders to understand their insurance requirements.

Sales Calls: Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone to present tailored insurance solutions.

Policy Customization: Design personalized insurance plans that cater to the distinct needs of each client.

Cross-selling: Identify potential opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional insurance products.

Client Retention: Develop long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their continued loyalty and satisfaction.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and policy changes to provide the most accurate advice to clients.
