Job Overview

The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing and renewing existing commercial accounts, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

1+ years of Commercial Insurance Account Management experience

Property & Casualty Insurance License

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Applied EPIC knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Working directly with company clients to assure the highest level of customer service

Managing incoming submissions for marketing to insurers for new business and renewals

Assisting producer(s) with production of quotes and presentations as needed

Produce applications, binders, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards and endorsements as directed

Assist with internal policies, procedure, efficiencies and implementing new processes and procedures

Review policies for accuracy and distribution to clients
