As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by answering calls, assisting with policy changes, and identifying coverage gaps to better protect their financial future. While a license is not required to start, this role offers career growth opportunities to become a producer or office manager. We offer a competitive base pay of $18-$22 per hour, along with commissions, bonuses, and a matching 401(k). We prefer candidates who are bilingual in Vietnamese to better serve our diverse client base.
