Overview

To serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals. Account managers focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their co-workers.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property and casualty insurance license is required- with at least 1 years of insurance service or sales experience on the personal lines side.
  • Working knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Office products, Dropbox, and Customer Management Software.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Able to work full time- typically 9-5 but there is some flexibility on schedule.
  • 5 Days a week in office

Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients through email, phone and chat messaging as needed.
  • Endorse policies for clients as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our existing client base.
  • Prepare and discuss quotes for new and existing customers.
  • Assist clients with their renewals.
  • Document customer interactions in agency management software.
