Tracy Andrews in KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, is looking for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your clients to understand their business and personal needs to recommend the best coverage options. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewing policies, processing claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
