Job Overview
We are looking for a driven, career-minded superstar to join our insurance agency in Buda, Texas. If you are highly motivated, care about forming meaningful relationships with your clients and ready to break through the ceiling of your previous income potential, we want to talk with you. You'll have an opportunity to work remotely as well after a 4-month in-office training period or sooner if you have insurance sales experience. Candidates without insurance sale experience who can't commit to our 4-month in-office training will not be considered at this time.
Guaranteed Base: $20/hour | Top earners made an additional $90,000/year in commissions and bonuses last year
Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- A combined one year of commission-based sales experience is required. Insurance experience is not necessary -- we'll pay you to learn!
- A career-minded approach. We have plans for major growth over the next decade and want sales producers who want to grow with us and be challenged.
Responsibilities
- Making your clients love you by advising them on how to best protect their families using Allstate’s world-famous products and customer service.
- We expect you to shine by having at least three hours of talk time and 10 quotes per day. You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community and build your personal brand.
- Developing your knowledge of how to best protect your clients, help your coworkers and add energy to our already stellar office.
