Licensure: Active insurance licensure in the state of California.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated client records in our database to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Problem Solving: Evaluate client needs and present solutions to optimize their insurance coverage.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry changes and company updates to provide the best possible service.
