Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Generate new business by building relationships, networking, and working warm leads.
  • Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients, identifying gaps in coverage to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to establish trust and ensure client retention.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and carrier offerings.
