Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred willing to train licensing assistance available
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership or management experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing KPIs, pipelines, and accountability
- Ability to recruit, interview, and onboard talent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Competitive mindset with a positive attitude
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Life & Health License is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach insurance sales producers to achieve monthly production goals
- Conduct daily sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and accountability meetings
- Monitor sales activity, close ratios, and KPI performance
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new producers
- Help improve sales processes, scripts, and objection handling
- Drive growth in personal lines, commercial insurance, and life insurance
- Motivate team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Maintain a positive, competitive, and growth-focused sales culture
- Work closely with agency leadership to achieve agency goals
- Assist with sales activity and client relationships when needed
