We are hiring a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join The Torres Agency. If you enjoy closing deals, thrive with a steady stream of live-transfer leads, and can confidently sell on the first call, this role is built for you.
You will help clients secure the right protection while earning a competitive base salary plus tiered monthly commissions.
Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license (Life license a plus)
- Strong closing ability — confident with phone-based sales
- Professional, clear communicator
- Comfortable working with structure, scripts, and KPIs
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to explain coverage in plain language
- Reliable and consistent with follow-up and documentation
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound live-transfer leads and aim for a one-call close
- Provide clear and professional coverage explanations
- Prepare accurate quotes and present bundled solutions
- Maintain complete documentation in Agency Zoom
- Cross-sell life and commercial opportunities when appropriate
- Bundle required for every other sale
- Support excellent customer experience and retention
