We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing agency. This role is focused on commercial auto and trucking accounts, working directly with business owners to identify exposures, provide tailored coverage solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

This is a great opportunity for a licensed producer who understands trucking operations, commercial auto policies, and B2B sales, and wants to grow their book with strong support, competitive compensation, and room to advance.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but willing to train
• Proven experience writing commercial auto policies, specifically for trucking companies
• Strong B2B sales experience and ability to build relationships with business owners
• Solid understanding of commercial coverages and risk management concepts
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Experience working leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities

• Prospect, quote, and close commercial insurance policies, with a strong emphasis on commercial auto and trucking account
• Work with trucking companies to properly assess risks, coverage needs, and compliance requirements
• Develop and manage a book of commercial business, focusing on retention and cross-selling
• Conduct B2B sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Present coverage options clearly and confidently, explaining limits, exclusions, and pricing
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
