We’re hiring an Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, dependable, and ready to grow with a supportive agency. In this hybrid remote role, you’ll connect with prospective clients, offer customized insurance solutions, and help individuals protect what matters most. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule, the resources to thrive, and the support of an experienced agent who wants to see you succeed.

  • Base salary: $12,000 to $18,000 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license a bonus
  • Prior sales or insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong closing ability with a consultative approach
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and confident in client interactions
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing
  • Sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Business insurance policies tailored to each client
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Stay current on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members for smooth client onboarding and follow-up
