We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll handle client inquiries, process policy updates, and play a key role in supporting both retention and growth.
- $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Prior insurance or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Sales awareness and comfort promoting insurance products when applicable
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage details, and general account servicing
- Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims intake
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional coverage when appropriate
- Support agency growth by building strong client relationships and trust
